The poet apologies because he is lazily spending his time in watching nature.2. Who is he apologizing?

No; the poet is not at all idling away his time. He is observing nature to write poems. Poetry is emotions recollected in tranquility.4. How does he justify his action?
He justifies his action by saying that he goes to the god of the wood to bring his word to men. He observes nature to write poem.5. Which lines in the poem do you like the most? Why?
“Every aster in my handGoes home loaded with a thought" - These lines tell that the poet is not at all wasting his time. He carries with in his mind the beautiful objects of nature.
